Finland. A great safari if you are short of time or just not sure how well you will cope with a team of madly enthusiastic huskies. Comfortable accommodation before and after your safari with an overnight in a wilderness cabin during your 2 day adventure. Friendly guides, relatively easy terrain, good homemade local food plus a chance to take a true Finnish sauna make this a great trip. £775 per person plus flights.
Sweden. Enjoy an exciting two day wilderness sledding adventure. Travel between different simple cabins or have days trips out from your base cabin with the huskies. Suitable for families. You choose your departure date - call and tell us when you would like to go!! Mid Nov to April. Full board, 4 days & 3 nights, 2 days driving your own sled, £795 per person plus flights - £875 for Christmas and New Year.
Norway. Early season 'taster' adventure. Short day trips from Husky farm base with accommodation in guides house or nearby lodge cabin. Travelling mostly through sheltered woodland landscape with possibility of going up onto the mountain plateau if the weather is kind. Thursday to Sunday, 2 days out with the dogs. Departures from 14th Nov 2011 to 9th Apr 2012. £865 excluding fights (to Trondheim).
Norway. Short but challenging adventure. Starting from the husky farm accommodation in guides house you will travel up on to the mountain plateau, weather permitting, camping overnight in a tent, tepee or hut. Friday to Monday, 2 days out with the dogs. Departures upon request from 14th Nov 2011 to 9th Apr 2012. £865 excluding fights. Extra day with dogs and overnight, £265 per person.
Finland. Sparkling winter snow, Northern lights, log fires - there is so much that is romantic and special about the magical setting of a true winter landscape. However on safari you normally have to share cabins with others .... until now! A special wilderness adventure ideal for honeymoons and anniversaries or birthday and Christmas gifts. 4 days (2 on safari), 3 nights. £925 per person plus flights.
Canada. Based in the Yukon mountains for good snow conditions and true wilderness experience. Mid-November to mid-April. You're given best equipment and guided on the best trails possible, you should be in relatively good physical shape and have a good team spirit. Accommodation in lodges, cabins and heated tents. 5 days (4 with your huskies) £975 including local taxes excluding flights.
Sweden. The snowy winter landscape of Lapland is a romantic setting .... but on most safaris you have to share the accommodation with others. Not on this adventure. Your own guide will lead you for 2 days through this magical wonderland as you share your own sled together. There will be other travellers around but you'll have your own private room throughout. Departs upon request Dec to Mar. £995 per person.
Sweden. Run for 2 or more upon request, this trip offers a great short break holiday which will fully prepare you to take on a longer even more challenging adventure next time. Great introduction for those who wish to learn and have a challenge as part of their holiday adventure. 5th March, 9th & 16th April 2012. 3 days with your team, £1275 excl. flights. 2 nights in lodge, 2 in tent or mountain cabin.
Sweden. An ideal holiday for someone who would like to try out wilderness dog sledding. Based mainly in a comfortable lodge with day trips to gain confidence and experience, the adventure ends with an overnight trip to a mountain cabin (or even tent in good weather). 5 days, 3 days with your team of dogs. Departures: 19th to 23rd March - possibly upon request. Cost £1375. Group size 2 to 4 persons.
Norway. Bespoke safari just for 2 persons. The guide will tailor the adventure exactly to suit your needs ... easy, moderate or challenging. Outline here is for a 4 day (2 days with dogs) itinerary but days can be added up to 8 days in total giving you a chance to have your own expedition along the Norwegian - Swedish border. Available to order from 19th Nov 2011 to 21th Apr 2012. From £1235 excludes travel.
