Finland.   If you want a full active adventure and a culturally unique Finnish experience then this week long holiday is for you.  Full day husky tour, snowmobiling, ice fishing and snowshoe walk are all included.  Quiet venue near the Russian border.  Chalet cabin accommodation.  Suitable for couple or families.  Weekly (Sun to Sat) from 3rd Jan to 17th April.  £1395 plus flights (£850 for 10 to 14 year olds)

Finland.  This hotel based winter adventure with lovely chalet style accommodation giving you a nice easy introduction to winter activities.  Stunning location by lakeshore with good facilities.  Activities include snowmobiling, Husky sledging, Reindeer farm visit plus trying to learn cross-country skiing and snowshoe walking.    3rd Jan to 10th April, 7 days / 6 nights £1395 adults excluding flights, reduction for children.

Finland.  Hotel based winter adventure great for old or young!.  Good mix of activities; Reindeer farm visit, snowmobiling trip to Lainio Snow Village, trying to learn snowshoeing or XC skiing  plus a full day out dog sledding with your own team of Huskies.  Day free for additional options such as downhill skiing.  Popular hotel bar.  Weekly from 13th Dec to 10th April, £1265 adults, reduction for children (flights extra).

Sweden.  Gain a wilderness experience in the wilderness of Swedish Lapland.  On this adventure you will be based in simple wilderness cabins - no running water here but traditional saunas.   H usky safaris can be mixed with snowmobiling, XC skiing, snowshoeing, igloo building and a visit to a reindeer farm.  Just book for as many days and activities as you wish.  Half board cabin accommodation £95 per night.

Finland.  Select from dog sledding, snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoe walks, cross-country skiing, reindeer and horse sleigh rides - create your own personal mix of activities.  Stay in a cabin style hotel room at a quiet resort near the Russian border!  Spa pools and choice of 3 saunas.  Suitable for families.  Stay for as many or as few days as you wish.  Dec to Apr.  Half board £65 per person sharing, child discounts.
